Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrizePost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

PrizePost is a performance-based content platform that connects brands with micro-creators for YouTube Shorts campaigns. The platform facilitates campaign creation, content production, performance tracking, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You may register as either a Brand or a Creator. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.

4. Brand Terms

Brands agree to: fund campaigns upfront via Stripe, accept the 10% non-refundable platform fee (refundable only if zero creators qualify), and not engage in fraudulent activity. Campaign budgets are held in escrow. PrizePost campaigns are structured as contests: 90% of the budget forms a prize pool, distributed to up to three winning creators based on performance. A creator qualifies when their video meets both a minimum of 1,000 total views AND a minimum 3% like-to-view ratio within the 72-hour performance window. The top three qualifying creators by views split the prize pool by tier (1 qualifier = 100% to the winner; 2 qualifiers = 75% / 25%; 3 or more qualifiers = 50% / 30% / 20% for 1st / 2nd / 3rd). Each winner's prize is the smaller of (a) their tier share of the prize pool or (b) their views multiplied by $3.00 per 1,000 (the performance cap). Any portion of the prize pool not paid to winners is refunded to the brand's wallet. Creators placing 4th and below earn no payout from the platform. If no creator qualifies, the entire budget — including the platform fee — is refunded to the brand.

5. Creator Terms

Creators agree to: meet eligibility requirements (1,000+ subscribers, 25+ Shorts), follow campaign content briefs and rules, submit a video within 30 minutes of joining, not use bots or artificial engagement, and accept performance-based payouts. PrizePost campaigns are contests. To qualify, a creator's video must meet both a minimum of 1,000 total views AND maintain a 3%+ like-to-view ratio by the end of the performance window. Among qualifying creators, only the top three by views receive a payout; creators placing 4th and below earn $0 from PrizePost. Each winner's prize is the smaller of (a) their tier share of the prize pool — determined by total qualifier count — or (b) their views multiplied by $3.00 per 1,000 (the performance cap). Videos with suspicious engagement patterns (e.g., view-to-subscriber ratios exceeding 20x) may be flagged for review. Creators who fail to qualify on 3 consecutive campaigns may be temporarily suspended for 30 days.

6. Content Rules

All content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content must not contain misleading claims, offensive material, fake testimonials, or fabricated results. Brands may flag non-compliant content for admin review.

7. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. Brands pay upfront. The platform takes a 10% fee from the campaign budget; the remaining 90% forms the prize pool. The platform fee is non-refundable except when no creator qualifies, in which case the entire budget is refunded. Creators receive payouts after the 72-hour performance window closes and validation completes. Only the top three qualifying creators by views receive payouts; creators placing 4th and below receive no platform payout for that campaign. Each winner's prize is the smaller of (a) their tier share of the prize pool or (b) their views multiplied by $3.00 per 1,000. Minimum payout per creator is $1.00. Cumulative earnings must reach $5.00 before a Stripe transfer is initiated. Any portion of the prize pool not paid out to winners is refunded to the brand's wallet. All amounts are in USD.

8. Disputes and Flags

Brands may flag submitted videos for rule violations. Flagged videos are reviewed by platform administrators. Admin decisions are final. Flag history is tracked for both parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrizePost is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for content created by users, YouTube API availability, payment processing delays, or indirect damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
